Well everyone I have made up my mind..I am going to start dieting again..I need to get my BUTT back in SHAPE badly!!!!! I hate not having energy to play with my kids. I need to regroup and get better for me and my family. I have started a few excersises in the AM and right before bed. I am hoping to start walking soon also.
If any of you have some good tips please share...I love hearing new ideas and inspriration from my friends! Wish me luck everyone!
That is goof girl. I told you I do zumba and I LOVE it. I also do stairs in the mornings and 100 sit ups a day. I would start small and work your way up since it had probably been a bit for you. I want to start back at the gym IF i can get my kids into childcare on post for a few hours every morning. I guess I have to see what I can work out. :)
